Whenever I start playing an audio file on my Acer Aspire One laptop, it starts to skip and glitch on the sound, and it gets quite annoying. Something like "I know that" is turned into "III--IIII--I knnnn--nnn-nn-ooooo--oo-oooowww----www---w thhhhh--h-hhh-hhhaaaa----at". And sometimes, it'll even CRASH when it's playing something, and I have to reboot. I can't figure out what's happening, but plugging in ear phones won't help, so that leads me to believe that the problem lies within the hardware. So, anyone know how I can fix this?
