Wireless mouse not working
I have had this mouse and keyboard set for about a year now, and maybe a month ago the mouse just stopped working. I have changed the batteries, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, changed USB port of the receiver, did the connect buttons in various orders and held for various amounts of time. NO LUCK! :-( If you have any other ideas before I take it apart please let me know. I appreciate all of your time and effort in helping me.

Also, I have been using a usb mouse that I have as backup and my computer has a pop-up that states "the USB device is not recognized" that comes up every once in a while, it may be related to the wireless mouse not working??? IDK

Microsoft Standard Wireless Optical Mouse

Dell USB mouse #m-uk del3

Thanks!!!!

Before you take it apart... have you tried using the wireless set on another computer?
