Exclamation windows 7 vista
My computer keeps slowing down and freezing up despite having run all the diagnostics checks and restore. I have Avast 4 Home Edition on my system. HELP!!!

1. Is it windows 7 or windows vista that your running ?
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and go to the task manager, and then go to the processes tab. Look under CPU usage and if anythin is using a large percentage CPU usage, reply back with a printscreen attatched.
