Hi.

My Samsung T-220HD Tv, with built in DBC-T tuner, scart and Pc dvi input, has some problems showing some tv channels...

The problem is that on some of the channels, has flicker on them, except on the top of the screen!

I have tried many things to fix this, and here is a list of ALL of the stuff i did:

• Taking it to the store where i bought it. They tested it, but they say it has zero problems...
• Tried it at 3 different homes, with same resoults...
• Tried different cables...
• Contacted Samsung, they send me a new used screen. It is exactly the same, but still same problem?
• Tried to test it 3 different places in my house. Again, same prob.
• My old tv has no flicker...

So if anyone could please help me with this, i would be so happy.
