MY Asus P5Q SE Plus Motherboard will arrive in a FEW days. I just wanted to know... It's the Socket 775 as my current MOBO. The question is: Will i be able to use the same Heatsink/CPU cooler from my old motherboard? Also, i just have to ask this again... I will be using the same old processor from my current MOBO. Do i need to apply thermal paste?

As long as the hsf is the stock intel hsf, it will fit no problem. If it is a third party hsf, you should check to see if it will fit and clear all parts on the new board.

Yes, you must apply new thermal compound AFTER you clean all parts with 99% alcohol.

On which parts, is the thermal paste applied to?

Follow the instructions for the thermal compound you purchase. As a general rule, after all parts are cleaned, you put a small dab [about the size of a BB] in the center of the cpu. Place the hsf on the cpu and give it a twist or two. Now fully insert the four push pins. Turn the board over and make sure all four pins are fully engaged. Now install the mb.
