Solved: Is this RAM supported?
I have an Asus P5Q SE PLUS motherboard. I checked the QVL from Asus site...
There's only 1 Corsair 1066MHz module in the list. CM2X1024-8500CSD -- Is the code. And now, I checked on Corsair site... Click
It shows a whole list of 1066MHz RAMs... So which site to trust? Corsair or ASUS...

Is this supported then? Corsair DDR2 2048MB (2x1024) // TWIN2X2048-8500C5D

The ASUS QVL list is ram ASUS have tested, this does not mean other ram won't work.
Ram makers guarantee their ram to work so you should be ok

The CM2X1024-8500C5D listed at ASUS is a single 1GB stick from the Dominator line of memeory. They have tested that particular type of stick.

The TWIN2X2048-8500C5D listed at Corsair is a 2GB multi-pak.
It contains two (2) CM2X1024-8500C5D from the Dominator line.

Usually the sticks in multi-paks have been matched, i.e., from the same lot and tested to be as close as possible electrically. Also, multi-paks are cheaper than the same amount of single sticks.

The Corsair list contains everything that they have which could work in your motherboard.
