Exclamation Solved: please help!!!!!! with intel motherboard
i have an intel d875pbz motherboard on my computer. after i reinstalled windows xp i cant do anything is this because i do not have the express installer cd that came with the motherboard. if i do need the cd is there an alternative that i can install on my computer to get the internet, and 3d compnenets along with everything else working. any input to my problem is greatly appreciated.

If you are talking about the drivers? Download them from Intels site on another computer and burn them to a disc.http://www.intel.com

i dont know which ones to download if you could be kind enough to please find the links to the things i have to download i hove no clue when it comes to motherboards and drivers....ps if it helps my computer is running widows xp professional

Go to the intel site>click on work>support and drivers> family> chipset> desktop> scrool diwn to D875series

i am so confused when it comes to this stuff. i can put a computer together thats easy but getting it to work is the hard part for me.... anyways i am sorry to be a bother still clueless to what i am supposed to download if you could please tell me the exact things to download it would be very appreciated.....again very sorry to be a bother.

The only drivers you will need from Intel are the chipset and LAN driver. You will have to get your video driver and audio driver from whatever manufacturer manufactured your video and audio card.

You dn't have to install the Serial ATA QFE Update at the top of the page since it is included in Windows. Install the chipset driver 1st, then your other drivers.

When you open the page on the link, I sent the two drivers you need are the 5th and 6th down from the top.

so i am suposed to download the one that says
Chipset: INF Update Utility for 848,​ 865,​ 875,​ 910,​ 915,​ 925 Chipset-​​Based Intel Desktop Boards


and the one that says
LAN: Intel® PRO Network Connections LAN Driver



when i click the lan driver it gives me 3 options am i suposed to download the one that saysLAN_ALLOS_11.2_PV_TL3_132319_FULL.EXE

Yes, those are the two you download and install. Install the chipset driver 1st. After you install the chipset driver, you will need to reboot before installing the LAN driver.
