i installed it, i tested it, the mic works but NO IMAGE AT ALL! i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! honestly!! i do.! the webcam when i try to use the AMCap that cam along with it comes up with an error message that says :


"ERROR during capture, error code=00000000"

or something like that.
im running on this:
a HP compaq nc 6400 series laptop
windows xp
service pack 3
i used the instillation cd that comes with it. i also tried video impression and photo impression, stil there is no image.
can some HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
