No display, boot or POST
When the computer boots up, my monitor isn't receiving any sort of signal. The graphics card I am using works on another computer. I've also tried on the onboard graphics card and it doesn't seem to work either. The monitor is working fine. I don't believe windows is booting up either. And I don't think it's performing a POST either.

The computer was running fine, until I started to experience a couple of crashes, now I can't get it to boot into windows or have any sot of output to the monitor.

What I've concluded\done:
The processor is working.
The graphics card is working
I've tried resetting the CMOS.
Tried onboard graphics device
removed harddrive(same results)
Tried several RAM stick.
Fans run, CD Drive opens\closes on request.

But all my devices are getting power from the PSU. The heatsink is plugged into the mobo which is running, so it must mean the motherboard is getting power.

It also recognizes when the system is lacking ram by giving 3 beeps repeatedly.

Unplug power and data cables form all drives
Remove all unnecessary cards
Unplug all external devices
basically you want just the PSU, CPU+heatsink+Fan, Graphics and ONE stick of known good RAM in Slot 1
now boot up..
post back with results

Just because you see the fans spinning and or hear the hd, does NOT mean the pw supply works. A pw supply has three separate rails or voltages; 3.3V, 5V, and 12V. You can have a problem with one and it will do just what yours does.

Since you have already attempted a post in a bare bones type of config, the next step is to swap parts with known good units. Start with the pw supply because it is a lot easier than pulling the mb.

This is not by chance an emachine is it?

Yes. Few parts approach the level of quality associated with emachines/bestec.

And that is probably a good thing.

It's not an eMachine.

It's not the powersupply. I've tested it with another computer.

I can't test the motherboard or processor, because the processor isn't compatible with any other of my other computers.

Only difference so far is that the green & red light by the power button remain set.

If PSU powers up other computer fine.

Then your board is most likely dead. Confused. You just said "I can't test the motherboard or processor," .... so how do you know your CPU is good as you stated earlier?

Most likely the board.

Quite likely your board is shot, possibly got shot by a crappy PSU, this is quite common, what make is the PC & PSU?

If that post on the other website is your computer... then it is possible that the cheap PSU has damaged your board.
