problem with cd drive
Can someone tell me whats wrong with my husbands computer
He can't get his cd/dvd drive to work.. it was working, now it won't do anything
We did get manage to get this but don't know what the problem is or what to do about it.




Can someone please help us with this.

Try the easy things first. Unplug the cables, and replug them. The drive is an old drive, so very possibly it has failed, and you just need to replace the drive.
