Solved: Computer crashes during BIOS or Windows Startup
Hey,
I just bought a Used Radeon x1650 AGP 256MB Video Card to replace my Radeon 9200 AGP 126MB Video Card. I uninstalled the 9200 Drivers and turned the computer off. I then put the x1650 in the computer and I turned the computer on. The computer started up, beeped correctly. Gets to the BIOS or Windows Loading screen and the computer will just turn off. I took everything out of the computer (CPU, HeatSink+Fan, RAM, Video Card), cleaned the cpu, Added new thermal compound and added a different stick of RAM I had spare. I didn't put in a Video card I'm just using the Motherboards VGA. Now the computer starts up but I am missing the Video Card and More RAM. What is the problem and how can I fix it? Also it is a hot day and the CPU was a bit hot, Could this be the problem and I solved it by taking it out and cooling it down and adding new thermal compound?

Specifications
CPU: Intel Pentium D 820 2.8GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-8VM800PMD-775-RH
Link: http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/...M800PMD-775-RH
PSU: 400W
RAM(Before crash): 1GB DDR2 533 + 512MB DDR2 533
RAM(Now): 512MB DDR2 533
Video Card(Before crash): ATI Radeon 9200 AGP 126MB
Video Card(After crash): Sapphire Radeon x1650 AGP 256MB
Link to (After crash) Video Card: http://www.sapphiretech.com/presenta...=000101&pid=67

Any Information Appreciated

*Extra Info Edit: I have a 400W Psu with 1 CD Drive, 3 HDD, 2 Fans, 1 Motherboard hooked up to it and the new video card I'm installing also requires a 4-pin power plug. Perhaps the video card made my PSU be running too much?
