Lightbulb no bios screen,no signal for screen but pc boots
i recently cleaned my pc,after i got a new hard disk,i installed it,after when i started it ,nothing happens.i have checked the ram,,,it gets no signal from the pc, i got a new video card, it is working it is booting,before i press the start at the cabinet,please help,

few questions
make and model of PC
you have doe quite a few things
cleaned PC
installed new HD
New video card

can give a lot of detail - why have you done the above and what did you do.

did you have onboard video before - or just replace the card - some make and models would help here to
