Thumbs up Driver issues with xp media center edition 2005 (downgraded from vista home)
Hey Guys,
Have an XPS one that came with Vista Home and wanted to "UPGRADE" to XP MCE 2005. Everything is functionable except the touch panel and some of the functions on the right side of the keyboard (eject, volume, media center functions). Any ideas on what to do? Dell only supplies drivers for Vista.

Yeah that's not an upgrade. Your can try googling for drivers and you may find some. But more and more modern computers aren't coming with XP drivers. XP is an old and aged OS and is on the way out.

I am curious of why you felt the need to take that step back though. There is nothing in XP MCE that isn't in Vista Home Premium.
