when I turn computer off then reboot, I do not have a keyboard. computer is Dell XPS420 with windows 7 Dell sent me a new keyboard and a new reader board for computer. A tech installed it today. I was not home. However when I turned the computer off and back on....Its back to square one and even worse. The new mouse they sent did not work either. I had to use a usb mouse and on screen keyboard to reboot, remove keyboard and mouse then reinstall. when you do that everything is fine until the next time you power down......??
