HELP!! Printer/scanner issues
I just purchased a Brother multifunction printer, MFC-885CW. It is all installed with the exception of the "Scanner (Driver)" having "failed". I followed the recommendations in the Installation Diagnostics window, which was to "Repair MFL-Pro Suite" in the installation window. I have done this twice now and the scanner driver is still failing. What can I do to fix this??? I have spent the past 4 hours on this...I'm desperate!!!
