unable to install from plug and play device
i'm running on windows xp sp3. when i connect my ipod, my computer detect it and new hardware found pop up. when i tried to install it said no driver installed. i read on the user manual it said it was a plug and play device. no cd driver was provided. before i format my laptop, my laptop did self install the ipod.

Has it ever worked on this computer? Does it work on another computer? Do you have another USB cable or USB port to connect it with?
