computer shuts down on its own
I have recently put into my computer a new powersupply box and it seems to be ever since this has been done my computer will shut down and restart on its own for no reason at all and also I have 2 hard drives one which is 80gb and the other 20gb and once again for no reason at all my 20gb hard drive is not always showing.

Could soneone please tell me why this would be happening and how I can rectify it.

Thanks
Choch

Well, it would help if you could post information about the system but my first guess would be a bad motherboard.
If it's an older Dell, you have to be careful about what PS you put in - Dell used a proprietary design until relatively recently. Using a generic PS could damage the motherboard.
