I'm hoping someone can help me figure out if the problem I'm having with my disk drives is possibly something viral or if it's an actual hardware problem.
I double click on Removable Disk (F and it says to please insert a disk. So I right click and select eject and it says Removable Disk (F is currently in use. I push the eject button on the tower and nothing happens.
I ran a HijackThis scan in case it's needed.
Any ideas?
