my hp laptop freezes at hp boot up screen
when i open my laptop and hit the power button the screen goes to the hp boot up screen immediately and freezes i cant push esc it doesnt do anything. i tried the ctrl alt delete and it did nothing
to turn off the computer i just hit the power button and it unusually doesnt shut off so fast but this just immediately shuts off....any suggestions? im not so experienced on how to take the laptop apart.

i am reading that i should take the HDD out...where is it and how do i take it out?.....is there a video that can be made to show me
