Reallocated sector count
I got a WD 250 GB with a reallocated sector count
of Current:196 Worst:196 Threshold:140 Data:25.

Is Data what should I look at and if its not increasing it is ok to use?

I would run the manufacturers disk test software on it, it will interpret the smart data better, each manufaturer has a different critera for interpretation, and how smart data is collected.
