Freeze then reboot automatically
PROBLEM: After minutes of running the pc.. It suddenly freezes then restart or sometimes it automatically restart by itself..
MY SPECS: 1g PC400 DDR (hynix brand)
1g PC400 DDR (veritech brand)
MSI PM8M3-V (motherboard)
Intel Pentuim 4 (3.0mhz)
ATI 3650 512mb (AGP)
Power Supply (Hec Raptor 500w)
HDD and DVD
WHAT I HAVE DONE: Ive run memtest86 v3.5 on both PC400 DDR (hynix and veritech) on slot 1 of the memory slot and there were no errors.. but when I run both of the memory on slot 0 and slot 1 there was an error.. this is what Ive got

So when my memory is inserted on Slot 0 it has an error but when Ive inserted it on Slot 1 it doest have errors..

what does it mean?
Is my Mobo Defective?

This is my system temperature



And everytime I opened my PC this one always appear



I try uninstalling it but It keeps on coming back and back again..

whats wrong? I cant figure it out.. Please help me with your expertise..
