How to solve/prevent LCD screen become yellow after long time?

Hi!

I frequently saw old LCD screens/monitors (few years old) have become a bit yellow and and it cannot display a perfect white colour.

So, how to solve it? i think many people will suggest to get a new LCD.

and any ideas on how to prevent it?
