The 80 mm fan is plain useless. Poorly placed, small and noisy. Get an extra 120mm fan instead.
Neither of those CPUs is worth buying...
Get this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128398
This kit of RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231193
And this CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103674

For the hard drive, I'd strongly recommend this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148445 about 2% worse performance, not noticeable in any use, more quiet operation, more GB/$
I would recommend one of these cases instead... While the Alien-X surely looks kinky, it's pretty low quality and has loud fans (not to say the following Raidmax cases have high-end parts and completely silent fans either):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811156091
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811156061
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146050
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146030
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146060 (very, very good cooling. This is something I'd get if I wanted somewhat "cool" and actually good, too. Of course, if you're ready to give up quite a bit of "cool" for functionality, quality and a good cooling, Antec 300, 900, 902, etc are a good choice)

Video card depends completely on your needs. Is this for gaming? Which games? Med/high/max settings? 1280x1024/1680x1050/1920x1200 resolution? Etc. What's your budget for the graphics? Etc.

You'll also need a good quality power supply... Depending on the graphics card, you would want either of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...9005&Tpk=650tx or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...9006&Tpk=750tx

Thank You BG-O! no not for gaming, but will be used for few children games, watching movies and a bit of tv. I don't want to spend to much on it but I do want a decent one.

Okay, for non-gaming... Radeon HD 4670 should be very good...
Power supply wouldn't need to be as powerful as with bigger cards... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139004
