laptop freeze
hi,i have a packard bell mhv36 laptop which ive only had for few mnths n its gone wierd.got a few problems with it.firstly when i turn it on,the packard bell logo comes on with the purple background and stays on,it asks me to press f2 or f8 which i do, but then it just freezes and i have to turn the power off,i have to take battery out n cable then put it back in laptop,it then solves the problem until the next time i turn it on!! its so annoyin.

second problem is an error 777 message when i try to connect to the internet using my vodafone dongle,when i click on connect to vodafone,it says failed.what is this error msg,please hellllppp!!! thanks

Error 777.
Usually a problem with the drivers for the device not being compatible with the OS.

thanks for ur reply,what should i do? havnt got a clue about drivers etc,dya think its a problem wi my laptop or my isp,thanks v much
