-i have scanned my computer for viruses, but not my iPod?...
-I've tried plugging it into the back usb ports of the computer and it still freezes.
-I've heard something about updating BIOS?
-I've uninstalled iTunes and then installed it again,
-I've also tried to plug in my 1st generation iPod shuffle,...and it freezes it aswell....,
-And I've plugged up my iPod and pressed the center and menu button, reset it, locked it and unlocked it,
AND IT STILL FREEZES! PLEASE HELP!!!
