Hi there... Im having issues and need help!! =)

I am using an acer aspire 1 mini laptop...... and I have a usb cd rewriter that I use to load my music and programs onto this laptop with since I do not have an internal disc drive.....

for some reason as of late this has been giving me some trouble and I want to know how to fix it...

There is a little green light on it.. and when it stops working that light blinks...

Im trying to load my scrapbook max program onto this cd.... it begins install... and works halfway thru the status bar and then I can "hear" the cd stop going.. and then it pops up the error message...

decompression error #6 read/write failure.... retry, abort, ignore?


If anyone could help me fix this and get my program installed I would be oh so grateful!!...
