CD/DVD Drive Problem
Hey guys,

I bought a 'Driving Test' cd/dvd to help my younger brother with his theory test, however, when I insert the disk into the drive, nothing happens; no setup screen, no autoplay, and even when I go via My Computer there is no sign of the cd file.

I've tried the cd in another computer and it works fine, the setup screen loads rightaway. I've tried using other dvds in my laptop and they work fine. I was wondering if anyone knew how to resolve this instead of chasing around looking for a refund! I was told there may be a way to load the cd drive from cmd/ms-dos?

Any solution would be appreciated :-)

Cheers!

See if you can access it diskmanagement.
Go to start>run and type diskmgmt.msc and hit enter
