Question CPU and Motherboard Compatibility
Hello Everyone,

I have recently purchased the motherboard out of one of these computers That link is the specs of the motherboard. I cannot find any information about what CPU will work with this board. I know that it has an AM2 socket and 667MHz RAM but other than that I don't really have much idea. Any one know what CPU's I can put in this motherboard. Would a newer AM2 motherboard work with it even though it isn't mentioned on the old Bios?

Any enlightenment would be really appreciated

It should support standard AM2 socket AMD processors.
Such as AMD 64 X2 series and the AMD Sempron series. I'd recommend the 64 x2 4200+ or the 64 x2 5000+. Good quality, cheap and will work with that mobo.

Thanks mate, I kinda knew what would fit but I just needed some back up on the idea of the 5000+ CPU because I don't want to buy it and find it doesn't work. Thanks mate. Great help.
