My Toshiba laptop doesn't work
That's the call I got last week.
He got a new Dell, then asked me to look at his HP printer.
It was chock full of dead insects and dead insect parts, as well as residue from the insect bomb he'd set off a few days before.
I took the old laptop home to remove the HD and get his files.
I need a raise.

My guess is he set off the bomb and the bugs went looking for a place to hide. They found a nice, dark, laptop and printer and stayed there 'til the end.
