You say that you want to send it out for repair, if it is no rush, I would wait until some one has helped you in the malware room because it may fix it. Expect to be charged $50 -$100 at a computer shop

Just paid $300. 00 last March and bought Kaspersky and had it downloaded at that time. I got home and in a week had a Trojan. Called the place where it was fixed and asked how to do system restore, with Kasperky and was told to leave it alone. Now that was dumb ! It did need to be cleaned in the restore area . I have had problems sense then $ your amount sounds good .

You must know my dad... clicks on anything and then calls me and asks what happend

Yes, they can be expensive.... I am not sure what all they did for that price, but our local shop wants $60 for basic virus removal, and I don't know what all else they may charge.

Yes I do need to go to malware forum and I am not sure how that message got on this board I emailed it to Kaspersky. I did not post that in there . I sent it from my outlook .
