Red face Solved: Hello to Everyone
I just read the quote on the Tech Support Page, it said "No questions are stupid, but they are the easiest ones to answer."Well, if my question sounds too easy ? Here's is my response "I know you believe you understand what you think I said...But I am not sure you realize, that what you heard, is not what I meant !Now we all have a great understanding of, how to ask questions. Especially those of use, who don't know any thing about computers.May you all have a great day

What ever you would like to send. if you send at least $20 or more a year, you will receive a number of new features while you're logged in, with more coming soon, including no ads on this site! If you read the link I gave in the previous post it will tell you more.

You say that you want to send it out for repair, if it is no rush, I would wait until some one has helped you in the malware room because it may fix it. Expect to be charged $50 -$100 at a computer shop

Just paid $300. 00 last March and bought Kaspersky and had it downloaded at that time. I got home and in a week had a Trojan. Called the place where it was fixed and asked how to do system restore, with Kasperky and was told to leave it alone. Now that was dumb ! It did need to be cleaned in the restore area . I have had problems sense then $ your amount sounds good .

Yes, they can be expensive.... I am not sure what all they did for that price, but our local shop wants $60 for basic virus removal, and I don't know what all else they may charge.
