no biggy....the "introductions" forum was added recently, the last time the site software was upgraded, and we're just trying to figure out a way to get folks to introduce themselves here, rather than introduce their problem.....closing the thread seems more effective than moving it for them

but my comment about the stickies is worthwhile .....they're all over the place, and do have a bunch of useful info in them
