Hello Everyone!!
This is my first time and I hope some one can help. I own a Dell OptiPlex. The OS is Windows 2000 Professional. The catch is ...the OS is built on NT Technology, which sets the base back between 1985 to 1999.

I have a problem retaining documents after they are scanned by a second party software. The icon is on my desktop.I click on it to open and the documents are gone.Usually I scan something in order for those files to appear.
This is all I can write.
Any suggestions ?

Acter.

My suggestion:
Try posting your question in the correct forum; you'll get more response. This forum is for introductions only.
