HI! Need some help over here

Hello!
i wonder if i can install a program to remove adware.zangosearch from my computer at the same time that i have norton 360, and if i can, what kind of program should i use. It seems that norton cant remove this risk, and not the other one that it found either!!!
please, please help me

try posting your question for help in the forum that includes your operating system...or in the software forum....one or the other....NOT both
