I have to admit this site really rocks & is so informative Im really flabbergasted by how much technical info is in here. I think there would be a book in the making one of these days. Ok...Im a bit of a Graphic Designer/Artist in the making. Hence if any of you see some of my works in my albums coming up sometime soon will know what I mean here. Love to post on forums in video games, anime & some Rp sites.
My purpose here is to learn the way of computing to the best of my abilites & to learn along the way. I wish I did take up some classes in high school but thought I didnt have one there was no purpose for me to take the classes. I sort of now regret that choice & idea.
At the moment, I hope someone could have a look at my HGT log. I had an issue with facebook, just recently & have no idea on what to do. | | Senior Member with 214 posts. | | Join Date: Apr 2009 Location: Ireland Experience: Philanthropist | | | | | Junior Member with 19 posts. | | Join Date: Dec 1969 Location: Newcastle,Autralia Experience: Im a learner on the go! | | Hey thanks for the intro Nebastian I already did that, posted my concern on the right page. Sorry for the cheekiness.
I think I should already start putting some of the pics up. I was wondering is there any copyright issues when it comes to graphics being posted up on here? Like Ok I do graphics but some of them are parts of video games, I wonder if they are allowed on here. | | Distinguished Member with 37,126 posts. | | Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: Corn Fields of OHIO Experience: Einstein Jr. Indeed | | | | | Senior Member with 214 posts. | | Join Date: Apr 2009 Location: Ireland Experience: Philanthropist | | I LOVE Final fantasy, Make more of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | | Junior Member with 19 posts. | | Join Date: Dec 1969 Location: Newcastle,Autralia Experience: Im a learner on the go! | | Don't you worry about that Nebastian there will be a collection but seriously is there any copyright issues? The reason why Im asking is there's forums that allows what I do & others that don't.
I have to get going Im seeing my mum today to fix her aircon, shes a bit technology challenged lol.
Thanks for all that reply after this post...& to you both, Neb & Sir****TMG. | | Administrator with 6,862 posts. | | Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Somewhere back in the Mountain Experience: better than my sister | | Do you mean that some of the graphics you are referring to are ones YOU made FOR video games, or are existing parts of video games that you modified? | | Distinguished Member with 3,437 posts. | | Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: NJ, USA Experience: Comp Security Enthusiast | | Hello Blazikenblade,
Welcome to Tech Support Guy. | | Junior Member with 19 posts. | | Join Date: Dec 1969 Location: Newcastle,Autralia Experience: Im a learner on the go! | | Majority of the graphics are from existing video games, eg; Final Fantasy & dragon quest. I add the details in the caption part if they are existing ones (unless specified). I just realized one didn't get that info it needs, oops! (gonna have to double check them again lol) The caption will have the info in it. In Australia copyright seems a bit of a double edged sword. I apologise if I already broke the rules. | | Administrator with 6,862 posts. | | Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Somewhere back in the Mountain Experience: better than my sister |

#10 | It sounds like those graphics would belong to the video games' manufacturers. So if you get the manufacturer's permission, then we have no problem with you posting them here. | | Distinguished Member with 2,754 posts. | | Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: On the computer Experience: learning more daily :) |
