My OS Ubuntu 12.04.
Skype version: 4.0.0.7

When I click "file send" and choosed file, skype force quit

Yes, I reinstalled but no effect , in Centos this version Skype worked correctly

I'm not sure exactly what your question is...

But from what I can gather you are needing to either, Close Skype or Skype is closing itself forcefully.

If you are trying to close Skype please open the terminal and type this command:
gnome-system-monitor

Then press enter.

After that a window called "System Monitor" should pop up with a tab called "Processes", click the "Processes" tab and find the process called Skype. Once it is found click on that process so that it is highlighted and press the "end process" button. Another window should pop up asking you to confirm you wish to end Skype. Press, "End Process".

If you are experiencing the other problem mentioned above. Please uninstall Skype. After that download the Ubuntu Linux 32-Bit Version Skype from the official website, http://www.skype.com/, or click the following link: Click Here to Download Skype.

Then open the downloaded file and install it.
