Linux Email

Hello- I am new to the forum as well as to Linux. We have a Microsoft Environment (2k Server and workstations 98/xp/2k). However, i like to drop a linux email server into the environment. Can my users continue to use MS Outlook? The main feature that we use besides regular email is group emailing.
