Hello im trayinng to install rh 9 and i did all the partition and i burned all iso files and now in bios i cant find where can i switch to my CD ROOM as a first boot and i have 2 cd rooms (one is CDR one is DVD) and im confused my bios is different i got AwardBios Setup Utility and i dont know where to set as my CDROM to boot first. Please Help!

Go to the Advanced BIOS Features ,use the down-arrow key to highlight"First Boot Device".You then use the +/- keys on the numeric keypad to change the device.
The screen should look like this .
If you succeed in this,now would be a good time to insert the 1st (installation)CD.Then hit the F10 key to save changes and exit.It will prompt you.

I have another problem i tryed to find a driver for my modem to have internet but i didnt find anything.....i have cable modem with USB ports..i know that with ethernet its getting auto but not that..if someone know please help!

What model is the modem and who is the ISP?
With USB cable modems you have to be specific.Monted has been trying to get his Alcatel Speedtouch modem going and keeps hitting snags.If you have the option of using an ethernet connection with your modem,it would save you a lot of headaches.

I got Toshiba pcx2500 and i read from toshiba web page that there no drivers with USB port in linux. I think i should get ethernet card because my modem have plug to it..many people told me that if i connecy my modem thru ethernet its will auto detect. I got rogers cable but when i had windows i used USB but now ill have to change to ethernet.
