Raid card
I'm looking at setting up an IDE raid array with Mandrake 9.1 (3 - 40GB hdd's in a RAID 0 array, a cron job will handle regular backups onto my server), and am hoping someone can point me to a decent raid card. How well does Linux work with Promise cards? Any favourites? Thanks.

Adaptec Raid Card 2010s works beautifully in Debian. I've never had a problem with it. I am of the belief that it would work well with any Linux Distro. By the way, it is an expensive card.
