custom cursors
i have been making custom cursors for some friends since i am a little bit better than them at creating tiny web graphics, but i have two friends with different systems.

one person has linux
the other has a mac

is there any way i can get my windows based cursors to work on either system? is there a program i can install on my windows computer so i can make cursors for linux or mac?

any pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. (no pun intended)

oh, and if you can give me any tips i can pass along as to how to change a mac cursor... can't use a new cursor if they don't know how to install it...

I dont think this is going to be even remotely easy. Most linux cursors come in font type files (look here for how to create linux cursors (http://www.sbrady.com/linux/Mouse-Cu...tion.html#toc1))

Mac cursors on the other hand, i know nothing of when it comes to cursors. There is an apple dev doc on cursors, but i dont think its what you want. http://developer.apple.com/technotes/tn/tn1196.html
