Internet
I am having a Cablenet connection(through LAN card) and using linux Fedora operaing system. The service provider has given a utility for connection(atteched file). After installation it worked fine for some time. But now whenever I try to connect using the command "./crclient -u username", I get the following message "you are already loged in with process id 1992". Even the "./crclient -s" command stops with the error "segmentation error", when I am giving the server address in xxx.xx.x.x format.

ps command , don't show any process with id 1992.

Kindly if possible, tell me how this client is installed.

You should link to those instructions; I dont think I'll open any attachments.

lynch - the attachments are clean if that's what you're worried about. One is a makefile and executable, the other is an html file.

I'm just saying yash can copy/paste/post the instructions via a link or quote, instead of an attachment. I don't want to open an attachment to find out if it's safe or not.
Especially one that contains an executable.

Nothing personal towards yash; I dont know him so I dont trust the file.

Ok...the instructions are 8 pages so I don't see how else he could post that.
They're in the 2nd attachment, which has no executables.
