Did you copy them into the fake windows folder of /.wine? I have installed and run Adobe Photo 3.0 and Photoshop 7.1 with wine and crossover office with Mandrake 9.1 and they both worked.

I can give you the Mandrake version of how i install windows programs, I don't know if it will work for Red Hat. I install the programs in the .wine/fake windows/program files.I make a folder for Photoshop and copy the contents of the CD into that folder. Wine installs the "wine" executable into /usr/bin/wine. I click on the photoshop exe file in the wine folder and it asks "open with" and I point it to /usr/bin/wine. I hope this helps. Wine won't run every win program, but you can experiment and find which ones it will. I have been able to run Adobe Photo Deluxe, and Photoshop 7.1 and windows media player, then I got tired of playing with it and just use Gimp and Mplayer.
