Where's the never heard of it before :P

now having said that and looked at what it is, It's a decent enough distro (fairly modern). I'm not a fan of Slack and how it goes about installing software etc. So my opinion would be go for something like knoppix, debian, or Fedora for your first intro into the linux world. If you are a old hat...then something more advanced etc.

part of the reason i chose it though, is because it is a single cd distro
