I am uploading a site to an apache server for a church and any file that works off of a cgi-bin file will not work. Everything works with the file but it will not post the results to the web page. It sends the email and everything works but it will not post.

Here is the error message in the error log. Can anyone assist on this problem. I am at a great loss when it comes to knowledge of this server for as of yesterday was the first I have ever worked with and apache server.
