I've been trying to boot my computer with Knoppix, but each time i try i get the error message "Can't display this video mode." I'm pretty sure that its my monitor giving the message, and not knoppix or my video card. What could be causing this, and is there any way to get around it??? I tried changing the screensize and depth before booting up, but that made no difference... the monitor is a fairly new Dell flatscreen, so i see no reason why it would have trouble, so I'm stumped... my video card is a few years old, its an 8mb SiS agp card... any suggestions??
