old gnome on old slackware
i've got an old pentium box with vector 3.2 (slackware 8.1 based)installed but i want to install old versions of GNOME(1.2) and KDE(1.1.1) (both from precompiled binarys) on the thing how do i do it and add them to the menu when i startx?

Why not try out a more "lite" desktop enviroment?
