download smart boot manager from btmgr.webframe.org/index.php3?body=download.html
if your using windows open up a command prompt and goto the dir which sbminst.exe is in, put a blank floppy in the a: drive and run
Code:
sbminst -t us -d a:
take the floppy and put it into the computer which cant boot from the cd-rom when it loads the boot manager it should have an option to boot the cd-rom drive put in the RH cd and select the boot from the cd option. if this works continue on with the install.

RH should work on that computer if you use a light window manager like fluxbox, the gui RH install might not work with only 32MB of ram tho but you can give it a try.

yes

open RH9 cd1 under windows -> open the folder called dosutils -> place a blank floppy in the disk drive and run rawrite.exe -> select boot.img from the images directory on the cd and then write the boot disk. Restart the computer with the floppy in the disk drive and cd 1 in the cd drive and you should be good to go
