Illigel Instruction occur when i'm copy a file
so..this is the real problem. can u see the work 'illigal instruction'? i dont why it is occur. can anyone help me?

You should not be receiving this message if you are simply attempting to display a directory listing ("ls"). As root, you should run fsck -f on each of your filesystems (e.g., /dev/hda1, /dev/hda2 ... etc.) to identify and (possibly) fix any filesystem corruption.
