Red face linux newbie really messed up......HELP

OK, please keep in mind that I have very little idea what
I am doing with Fedora core Linux.
I have a machine with 2 HDDS. HDD0 AKA /dev/hda1 has 2 NTFS partitions and windows XP pro. HDD1 AKA /dev/hdb1 has 3 linux partitions. I decided I needed more room for the windows system and want to put Linux on it's own machine so I deleted the Linux partitions from the Windows XP disk management window. Well, after you stop laughing you see my problem. I can't boot into windows bacause of the Linux boot loader(grub) can't find anything to load. Also can't boot into linux for the obvious same reason.
I was alert enough to make a Linux boot disk on the install.
How can I remove any traces of linux from this position?

Thanks,

-X-

Boot up with your XP cd into recovery mode and issue the following command:

fixmbr

That will restore your Master Boot Record and you will be able to boot Windows again.
