linux debian
just wanted to know ure thoughts about debian vs others ......hard to install ???? sharing ure thoughts would help lots..

In my experience, debian is a pain to install.. Better to go with a Debian offspring distro and us apt get form there to upgrade. Maybe Xandros is what your looking for.

very easy with the new debian installer for debian sarge..

Very east to install Debian based distros are Mepis and Ubuntu. With Mepis being 99% compatible with deb repositories.

Ubuntu is really nice and is also compatible with deb repositories.
