Xandros and MS Virtual PC

I installed Xandros to a Virtual PC system, but the clock is running incredibly fast, and every letter I type is repeated. It's like the whole system is running in overdrive.

Any advice or resources I can go to for help with this? I search around a bit but didn't find anything.
